Shipping & Return

We make every effort to ship your requested items within two business days of receiving your order online. To avoid delays, please provide a street address, including apartment or unit number, as shipping to a post office box can cause delays. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped in the same package. Shipping and handling charges are shown in the box.

After your package has shipped, Lotus Light Gifts will email your tracking number to the email address that you provide. Copy and paste your tracking number from the email into the USPS tracking form to view the expected delivery date of your package.

For expedited 2-day shipping, items ordered online by 2pm Pacific time will be shipped by the next business day and arrive in two business days. If you absolutely need your order delivered by a certain date, please call us on 707-632-5629 or email us to make certain that the items are in stock and ready to ship. Available in all 50 states.


We accept international orders via credit card only, and ship via United States Postal Service unless you contact us in advance by email to place and order and request a carrier such as FedEx or UPS. All product prices and shipping rates are quoted in U.S. funds and do not include applicable duty, customs charges or taxes which are paid by the customer.

Shipping rates are based on actual charges plus a $4 handling fee. If shipping and handling charges are more than 20% of the order, we will contact you via email within 2 business days with the shipping charges and await your approval before shipping the order. If we do not receive your email authorization within 3 days we regret we must cancel your order.


We are committed to providing quality products and helpful, attentive service. If you are not satisfied with an item you have bought from Lotus Light Gifts, you may return it within 20 days for an exchange or refund for the full merchandise amount. Note that many items we offer are hand-made and therefore minor artistic variations may occur.

If we made an error on your order or if it is damaged/defective, we gladly refund your return surface shipping cost.

Please note: we cannot accept returns of opened CDs, DVDs or incense, and also not clothing items that have been damaged from washing incorrectly.

To return an item for refund or exchange:

  • Complete the Returns Form
  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
  • Insure the package and prepay the shipping (we can’t be responsible for uninsured packages)
  • Note we do NOT accept C.O.D. or packages marked ‘bill recipient’ via FedEx.
